Any applicants under the age of 18 must have parent permission. However, all applications will be assessed through a personal meeting or Skype call and then approval can only be given via the Frontier Projects Haiti Committee *

Please understand that circumstances may change without notice or explanation and we will do our best to keep you informed.

The trek to Bouvier School involves a mountainous 6-hour trek. While you don't have to have the fitness of an athlete, it is important that you must have a reasonable level of fitness. *

In the event of a personal emergency that prevents me from attending this Journey altogether, I understand that funds I have already paid will be refunded to me IF POSSIBLE, and ONLY if they have not already been used to purchase food, materials or anything on my behalf when it was understood that I was attending. *

I understand that I am responsible for the full cost of the trip before departure on Journey. I agree to personally pay any remaining balance before departure. The total trip fee is $2000AU. This includes in-country transportation, all meals, all water / drinks, accommodation @ the mission, and a percentage going to our project/s on the ground. It does not include airfares, passport or ESTA fees, immunisation costs, travel insurance or spending money. *

Yes

Every effort will be made to make this trip as safe as possible. However, some portions of this trip will be physically strenuous. Our team are required to carry their own luggage. When trekking up to Bouvier, team members are only required to carry their own personal backpack. Rest rooms are not always readily accessible and may be primitive at times. Portions of the trip may require considerable amounts of walking. The weather in these nations can be very hot and humid and can affect your overall strength and energy. Team members will be eating food native to the culture, which may affect your digestive system. Please be aware that medical facilities in these countries are limited and may not be comparable to what is available in your home country. If needed, we may require a letter from your physician.

When you have completed this application and paid your deposit, a very detailed 'Welcome to the Team', 'What to Bring'' and 'Important Information' email will be sent to you.
If you live in or near Coffs Harbour, Australia, we will also meet with you in person. If not, we will meet with you via Skype/ ZoomRoom. If you are on FB, then we will add you into our Team Group Messenger Chat.
We will go through all the trip details with all our team and answer any questions you may have.
